Currency

rolostore.com base currency is the Canadian Dollar (CAD). Other currencies are subject to weekly adjustments.

Paid orders are frozen at the currency rate of the day. Communications such as email or telephone will be in Canadian Dollars unless otherwise stated. If you are not sure, just ask.

 

Limitation of Liability

rolo™ and its Associates shall not be liable for any damages or injuries whatsoever arising out of or relating to the use of this web site, any web site linked to this web site or any products purchased whether or not such damages or injuries might be foreseeable and whether or not rolo™ or any of its Associates has been negligent. Product descriptions are merely observations and do not form a guarantee, warranty or agreement on our part.

 

Your Obligations and Conduct of Conduct

You are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address is correct and accept any costs related any errors on your part. You are responsible for payment of anything including shipping costs that is ordered using your login and password.

 

rolo™ is not under any obligation to verify the actual identity or authority of any person using Registration Data to access and use the Website.

 

Payment

rolo™ online customers will use PayPal in order to complete their purchase.

An account with PayPal is not required. rolo™ does not receive any account information other than confirmation of payment. This provides enhanced security and allows for bank payments.

 

 

 

Confirmation

An email confirming your order will be sent to the address you specified in your account. If you made a mistake, contact us immediately via ‘orders@rolostore.com’ or by toll free at ‘1.866.rologft’. If your order has shipped; see ‘Cancellation of Orders’. If you do not receive an email confirmation, then contact us immediately.

 

Cancellation of Orders

rolo™ without giving a reason, may cancel any order at any time and credit back to the credit card the appropriate funds spent. You will be notified in this circumstance. Notwithstanding this rolo™ may hold funds as damages if the conduct of the person ordering is fraudulent, illegal, or otherwise violates the above Code of Conduct.

 

You may cancel an order prior to shipping. If rolo™ has incurred an expense arising from your order, you will receive a refund minus the expense. Otherwise you will receive a full refund. If your order has shipped, then our refund policy applies.

 

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. You remain responsible for orders that have shipped.
