  • you may ask for ASSISTANCE any time before/after placing an order roloSTORE.com CONTACT
  • you may MODIFY your order prior to shipping, want to add/subtract/change something...then SPEAK UP.
  • you may RETURN unwanted items for refund within 15days (please see RETURNS further down page)
  • you should expect your items to arrive in WORKING condition.
  • you should pay for shipping per ORDER not per item and not be punished for ordering more!

** Canadian TERRITORIES - rolo™ is pleased to make every effort to offer FREE shipping to the territories. It is possible that the box size/weight may make the shipping cost to high for free shipping. In this case you the customer will be notified and offered a choice of remedies including Full Refund/order cancellation.

Delivery Times
Our delivery times are estimates based on past experience for that area
. Weather, time of year, plane crashes are examples of what can affect delivery times. Saturday & Sunday delivery is not provided.

International Orders
Non Canadian customers are responsible for duties & state/local taxes.

Because of the high cost of shipping, rolostore.com can not provide flat rate International shipping. Our international friends can ask for a quote and proceed if they wish. For a quote please email the store with your wish list and basic shipping address, and we will try our best. 

Order Acceptance
Your order is subject to acceptance by us. Orders that are not accepted will receive a full refund. 
and you will be notified promptly.

Address Book
You may ship orders under $200 to your friends in your address book. 
NOTE: please enter their phone # in the line marked "Address Line 2", which is required by FedEx.

Returns
You may return items to rolostore.com™ for a refund/exchange unless in the product description states ‘Final Sale’. Examples of final sale items are; books, food/candy, plants & undergarments. Items that have been used, or do not have their original packaging will not be refunded or exchanged. Returns are always subject to inspection and acceptance by us. Refunds will always be made back to the credit card used in the purchase. You have 15 days from the date of purchase to return items(s) to rolostore.com™ for refund/exchange. It is advised that you send an email informing us of the return. Notwithstanding this, the 15 day time limit will be strictly enforced.

Return Shipping
It is your responsibility to ship an item back for refund. If you received free shipping and your new total brings your total below the free shipping threshold, you will be charged for the original shipping. You may also drop off the item back to the store in person. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Return Notification
We always require the following information; who is returning it, why it is being returned (i.e. not wanted vs. defective) and the order#. The order# can be found on your invoice or in your account history online.You can write this down and send with the package and/or send an email. You will be notified when rolostore.com™ has received the items and completed the refund..

Defective Merchandise
rolo™ can help with defective items up to 15 days from the date of purchase. After that time period, the warranty is the responsibility of the manufacturer. Plead inspect your product documentation for instructions.

Delivery Acceptance
rolostore.com™ and its delivery team may require the signature of someone at the delivery address and are not required to confirm their identity. You agree that any signature constitutes delivery completion. If you do not trust others at this address please contact the store to make special arrangements.

Delivery Areas 
For your convenience, we deliver anywhere in Canada. Orders for Yukon, N.W.T. and Nunavut require special processing. Place your order by email/telephone . To make sure that orders being sent to PO boxes and rural route addresses get to their proper destination, please include a physical street address, highway number and/or an emergency number with your order. 

Methods of Delivery 
rolostore.com™ uses either CanadaPost, USPS or Fedex Ground. Deliveries over $150 CAD will require a signature to finalize delivery. Orders under $150 may require a signature at the discretion of the shipper, and you will be informed if this is the case. Re directions are not allowed. You may request other forms of delivery. Please contact us prior to ordering to ensure we can meet your requirements. Canada Post may a be an option if no-one is around to sign for the package.

Oversize Items 
Any item/package that is greater than 30kg/66lb requires special handling. You will be advised.

Failure to Deliver
If an order is undeliverable and is returned to rolostore.com™ in good condition, you will receive a refund. If this occurs because of an error on your part, or by your unavailability, you will not be refunded the shipping costs.
