Shipping & Returns

rolo™  will not accept any order that is to be shipped to another shipper/freight forwarder.

All online orders are subject to acceptance by rolo™ and we may for any reason cancel your order and account.  If your order is not accepted,  you will receive a complete refund except in the case of fraud.

Address Book
You may ship orders under $200 to your friends in your address book. 
NOTE: please enter their phone # in the line marked "Address Line 2", which is required by FedEx.

International Orders
U.S.A. Orders are shipped via postal service or Fedex.  Shipping is a flat rate of 15.95 (CAD).
Customers are responsible for duties & state/local taxes.  Please read site conditions with regards to order acceptance and currency rules. 


roloSTORE.com currently does not ship outside of Canada  & U.S.A.   International orders can placed when shipped to a Canadian address.  In this case all normal tax rules and free shipping rules apply.  International roloSTORE.com members must create an account with their primary address matching the billing address of their credit card.  Then simply use your address book (look in 'My Account') to ship gifts to Canadian friends & family.  It's ok to ship to your enemies as well! 

Returns
You may return items to rolo™ for a refund/exchange unless in the product description states ‘Final Sale’. Examples of final sale items are; books, food/candy, plants & undergarments. Items that have been used, or do not have their original packaging will not be refunded or exchanged. Returns are always subject to inspection and acceptance by us. Refunds will always be made back to the credit card used in the purchase.

Return Time Limit
You have 15 days from the date of purchase to return items(s) to rolo™ for refund/exchange. It is advised that you send an email informing us of the return. Notwithstanding this, the 15 day time limit will be strictly enforced.

Return Shipping
It is your responsibility to ship an item back for refund. If you received free shipping and your new total brings your total below the free shipping threshold, you will be charged for the original shipping. You may also drop off the item back to the store in person. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Return Notification
We always require the following information; who is returning it, why it is being returned (i.e. not wanted vs. defective) and the order#. The order# can be found on your invoice or in your account history online.
You can write this down and send with the package and/or send an email. You will be notified of the return acceptance by rolo™.

Defective Merchandise
rolo™ can help with defective items up to 15 days from the date of purchase. After that time period, the warranty is the responsibility of the manufacturer. Plead inspect your product documentation for instructions.

Delivery Acceptance
rolo™ and its delivery team may require the signature of someone at the delivery address and are not required to confirm their identity. You agree that any signature constitutes delivery completion. If you do not trust others at this address please contact  the store to make special arrangements.

Delivery Areas
For your convenience, we deliver anywhere in Canada. Orders for Yukon, N.W.T. and Nunavut require  special processing. Place your order by email/telephone . To make sure that orders being sent to PO boxes and rural route addresses get to their proper destination, please include a physical street address, highway number and/or an emergency number with your order.

Methods of Delivery
rolo™ generally uses Fedex Ground to deliver within Canada. Deliveries over $150 CAD will require a signature to finalize delivery.  Orders under $150 may require a signature at the discretion of the shipper, and you will be informed if this is the case.  Re directions are not allowed. You may request other forms of delivery. Please contact us prior to ordering to ensure we can meet your requirements.  Canada Post may a be an option if  no-one is around to sign for the package.

Oversize Items
Any item/package that is greater than 30kg/66lb requires special handling. You will be advised.

Failure to Deliver
If an order is undeliverable and is returned to rolo™ in good condition, you will receive a refund. If this occurs because of an error on your part, or by your unavailability, you will not be refunded the shipping costs.

Delivery Times
Delivery to Canadian provinces normally takes 3-5 business. This is an estimate only and may vary depending on weather, time of year etc. 
Saturday & Sunday delivery is not provided. Notwithstanding the above, if you have special needs or prefer a shipping company;contact us prior to placing an order for an estimate.
