Continuing in the elegant, friendly and light approach introduced with the Purse hook Minou, the young Belgian designer Frederick Gooris has now designed the Pip Key ring. Alberto Alessi Animals have often been the source of inspiration to determine the function of objects which are automatically decorative due to the shape of the animal itself. It is a design exercise which requires a sense of proportion and sensitivity to avoid falling into the trap of being banal. Pip is a little mouse with a long curly tail, with the shape of the tail used to trap the keys in while leaving the tip of the metal wire open. Simply screw off the body of the mouse to release the keys (1-2-3-4). Pip is made of lost wax micro-cast stainless steel. The Minou Handbag hook by the same designer as above, is - would you believe it - a cat.
